Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions on chessanalyses.com. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. 14-Day Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with your Pro subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment. No questions asked.

To request a refund, contact us at support@chessanalyses.com with your account email address. Refunds are processed through Paddle and typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

After the 14-day refund window has passed, payments are not eligible for a refund, and your subscription will continue until the end of the billing period.

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your profile page. Upon cancellation:

• Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• No further charges will be made after that date.
• Your data — games, analyses, puzzle progress — is retained after downgrading.

3. Payments via Paddle

All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, VAT, and payment processing. Paddle's refund policy applies to all transactions.
